Reports are delivered the same day as your inspection in most cases, via email. A comprehensive PDF report with illustrations, pictures, and recommendations for download is composed by the inspector after analyzing the home.

Can I attend the physical inspection walkthrough?

We strongly encourage you to attend the last 30 minutes for an overview with the inspector to address all your concerns and answer any questions you may have about the home. Note—please notify the inspector in advance if you wish to attend to ensure the best experience and to ensure the inspector remains on-site. No information will be given until payment is made.

How and when do I make payment for the inspection?

Accepted Answer

After the inspection the inspector will notify you by txt that payment is ready. We accept Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, credit and debit card, with an additional 4% charge on credit and debit cards. Cash or checks are accepted on site only.
